MADRID, Aug 30 (SW) – One of the longest transfer saga's of the summer appears to be drawing to a close with Atletico Madrid finally agreeing a fee for Portuguese midfielder Maniche.

The player has been waiting for a move to Madrid all summer, with the club struggling to agree a fee with Dynamo Moscow who owns the player's registration.

A reported fee of €9 million will be forked out by the Spanish side, with Maniche to sign a three-year deal and be presented to the media today.
