VALENCIA, Dec 1 (SW) – Valencia’s season of woe is set to continue.

Almost an entire football team is out of action.

The latest casualty is Uruguayan winger Mario Regueiro.

He tore the left cruciate ligament in his left knee at training on Thursday and could be out for at least six to seven months.

Edu suffered the same injury two weeks ago.

Eight other players are expected to be out for the weekend fixture against Recreativo.

Valencia have not won a match in over a month.
