MOSCOW, Oct 16 (SW) – There is much to play for in tonight’s Group G UEFA Champions League encounter in Moscow between visitors Arsenal and hosts CSKA Moscow.

A win for Arsenal would give them a five point lead in the Group at the halfway stage. A win for CSKA Moscow would give them a one point advantage. At this stage FC Porto and Hamburg are already too far back to make an impression on the top two.

Arsenal’s manager Arsene Wenger is extremely worried about the cold conditions that have already set in there as well as the state of the pitch that has been cut up as a result of a tournament that was held there a few days back.

The Arsenal manager went on to say that by winning there tonight would make qualification almost certain which would allow them more time to focus on what lay ahead.
