LENS, France (AFP) - France goalkeeper Ronan Le Crom on Tuesday signed for two seasons with first division Lens from relegated Troyes.
The 32-year-old, who had finished out his contract with Troyes, links up again with coach Guy Roux under whom he played at Auxerre twice from 1995-1996 and 1998-2002.
The club now have three goalkeepers following the signing of former Marseille keeper Vedran Runje of Croatia, and Charles Itandje, who occupied the post last season.
"We find ourselves in the same situation as the France team ahead of the World Cup with three goalkeepers of a high level, professional and experienced," said Roux.
"We're now going to look at the three and decide on a hierarchy."
