Olympique Lyonnais will host CS Sedan-Ardennes in one French Cup semi-final with Amiens SC playing Paris Saint-Germain FC in the other following Thursday's draw.

The games will take place on 6 and 7 May with the winners meeting at the Stade de France on 24 May. Should Lyon and League Cup winners PSG meet in the final, the UEFA Cup place for the cup winners will go to the side that finishes fifth in Ligue 1.
