LONDON (AFP) - Fulham, second-bottom in the Premier League, announced Thursday the signing of Finland striker Jari Litmanen for the rest of the season in a move completed with just hours of the January transfer window remaining.

The 36-year-old former Liverpool, Barcelona and Ajax striker's latest move will see him join up again with Fulham manager Roy Hodgson, in charge of Finland during Euro 2008 qualifying.
