Petrov parts with Lokomotiv Plovdiv

PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1936 coach Yassen Petrov, 39, has resigned in the wake of the shock Bulgarian Cup quarter-final defeat by second division PFC Kaliakra Kavarna.

Petrov was in charge for just eleven games following his appointment in September. Lokomotiv Plovdiv legend Ayan Sadakov has taken temporary charge of the ninth-placed club.
